Change pre-configured wait time for email sending time-out
REST Professional - Emailing through outlook. As customers continue to move into hosted email services such as Office 365 and away from on premise mail servers - emails being sent from Outlook can take longer to send - the time to send is reliant on the internet speeds at that moment in time. REST Professional is limited to using Outlook - and Outlook only - for a lot of day to day emailing functionality. As part of this functionality, once the email has been sent, REST automatically saves a copy of the sent email in REST / fileSMART document management. The problem customers are facing is that REST is preconfigured to only wait 25'ish seconds before timing out - meaning the user has to manually retrieve the email and manually save in to REST / fileSMART document management. This preconfigured 25'ish second timer was introduced into REST a very long time ago to cover instances where Outlook fails and to avoid REST waiting infinitely. Our customers would like this preconfigured timer to be reviewed and altered to save them time and frustration. This could be simply extending the time, making the time value configurable, option to retry etc.
